Dear ECOsmarte,

Thank you for the help and support since I purchased a Hercules Caliante Spa and ECOsmarte water maintenance system in April. I spent several months last winter "kicking tires" on new and used spas all over the Minneapolis and St. Paul metro area. I learned a great deal about spas, spa sales persons, and spa dealers during this time. I clearly made the right choice about purchasing my spa with your dealership.

The Hercules Caliante is everything you said it was. I am impressed with the three pump system. It has abilities that have exceeded my expectations. The two main pumps move a tremendous amount of water, and the third pump brings in a huge volume of air through the air jets. Several friends have remarked that this system has more power, and runs quieter, than any other spas they have used. The electronic control system has worked perfectly. I am impressed with the precision and accuracy of the functions in this system. The spa runs its filtration cycles and clean out cycle right on schedule every day. The seat configuration works very well. I have found that guests really appreciate the steps built into the tub seating arrangement. Access is far easier than other spas I've used.

The ECOsmarte water treatment system has worked well. When I purchased the spa and ECOsmarte system I was cautiously optimistic about the system. I had never heard of this method of water treatment before my purchase. I knew that I had to "go to school", and learn about how to maintain this spa and use the ECOsmarte system. Over the course of the first few weeks I learned a great deal. It wasn't difficult, in fact it was easy. Actually, it came down to learning two things: first, maintaining a pH balance between 6.8 and 7.2; secondly, maintaining a copper level of approximately .5 ppm.

This learning was partly on my own, but when I had any questions or concern the staff at ECOsmarte patiently helped me. NO question was treated as "dumb". I have really appreciated this support. Last Saturday I drained and refilled my spa for the first time. I have found that I've learned a lot since April. I am now keeping a journal of what I'm doing to maintain my pH and copper levels. Everyone's water is a little different. I have well water, and I need to learn how to keep my water at it's needed levels. All in all it has been fun, and I have appreciated all you have done to help me. Thanks again.

My wife Diane and I decided to purchase a spa in 1997. Realizing that a spa purchase would be a long-term commitment, our first goal was to search for a customer/business relationship that stood out from the crowd. We felt that if we were going to invest $5-$8,000.00 in a high quality spa, we would need to thoroughly research the spa market and determine what specific spa designs the industry had to offer. My search was nearly complete.

Even though Ecosmarte is located nearly 2000 miles from my home town in Northwest Montana, the expertise and total customer oriented business philosophy they have turned into an extremely rewarding experience for our family. I just wanted to drop you a note telling you how happy I am with the new spa you sold us and your chemical-free spa system. Your installer Sam was more than helpful in finalizing our install and delivery- despite the 200-mile trip. We use the spa frequently and cannot say enough how much we like your system and the spa.
